This prize, named after the first Head of the East Midlands School of Public Health, is open to all HEE trainees and is designed to encourage ‘thinking outside the box’. 

The winner will receive a £1000 bursary to attend an educational or leadership event and will be asked to deliver one the of the two keynote speeches at the Senior Educators Meeting (FEDS) on 1 May 2019 on the topic of ‘What medicine will be like when I retire’. 

To enter applicants need to provide a summary of their proposed talk on the attached application form.

There will be a second prize of £250 towards attendance at an educational meeting or the purchase of educational material.
