"I have managed to successfully pass both parts of my MRCS and get involved in local teaching and research projects and have managed to log many more procedures as principle operator than counterparts in the traditionally more popular deaneries such as Oxford and London. I feel that my time spent in the East Midlands has set me up very well for ST3 applications and life as a registrar" - John Jeffery, Trainee
