HEE wishes to support cultural change with our training programmes and placements that support for all trainees and trainers. We want to work with and hear from people who wish to drive this change, to empower them as role models and change agents. It is envisaged that this group would evolve and develop as time goes on as Ambassadors supporting and advising HEE, training programmes and placements to promote Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and meaningful change.
