We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new query management portal for the Midlands, since Monday 4th August 2025 this has replaced correspondence taking place across a huge variety of different mailboxes.
This single point of contact system will allow our teams to better manage and prioritise queries and ensure that you have one single place to contact us throughout your training programme, from recruitment to completion of training. All queries related to either recruitment or your current training programme should be raised via this portal.
Emails to our recruitment, ARCP, Revalidation and specialty mailboxes will no longer be responded to, instead you will be directed to submit a ticket via the Freshdesk portal.
The new system has a variety of frequently asked questions which you can peruse before submitting an enquiry, these will be updated on a regular basis to ensure they provide the most accurate information. The search function will allow you to type specific queries and will direct you to the most appropriate FAQ. The portal can be accessed via the link below:
