What is the Midlands' Charter?
The Midlands' Charter outlines our commitment to prioritise the restoration of postgraduate medical education and training impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. The Charter recognises the determination of providers to restore and reset education and training and to establish the Midlands region as a beacon for postgraduate education.
This collaborative has representatives and trainees from primary, secondary and community organisations across the region. It has been created to share wellbeing resources, best practice and celebrate successes.
You can download the up to date Charter here and the supplementary Working Environment and Wellbeing Guide which provides extra insight into the training environment.
