HEE have signed an agreement to help us share concerns with 7 other system and professional regulators more effectively. The ‘Emerging Concerns Protocol’ seeks to provide a clearly defined mechanism for organisations with a role in quality and safety of care provision to share information and intelligence that may indicate risks to users of services, their carers, families or professionals. It includes 5 overarching objectives for our organisation: thinking and leading, analysing and influencing, changing and improving, delivering and implementing and focusing on tomorrow.
