Dr Saing graduated from the Univeristy of Yangon, Myanmar, and continued his postgraduate training in Genitourinary Medicine in the UK. Dr Saing is a keen educator/trainer since his medical student dats and is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education of both medical and nursing workforces within the specialty. His special interests include multimodality educational methods including technology assisted teaching and learning, preventive and social aspects of STIs/HIV and community-based integration of healthcare delivery systems.

He aims to work productively with various stakeholders and business partners to successfully implement the 'Enhance Generalist Training Programme' within Lincolnshire.
