Lead Employer Support

The refreshed Shared Services website is now live. Our Lead Employer website provides support to improve the working lives of Doctors in Training, helping them to success in their chosen path. The website provides information of the range of services available such as Human Resources, Payroll and Health, Work and Wellbeing.

Human Resources: We provide Recruitment, HR advice and support on all matters relating to their employment throughout training.

Payroll: We provide advice and support on all payroll and pension matters relating to their employment.

Health, Work and Wellbeing: Our team provides a wide range of face-to-face, online and telephone support services to maintain their wellbeing throughout their training.

We have also improved user experience so navigation around the website is a lot clearer, introducing navigation bubbles and a fresh, modernised layout for both mobile and desktop versions to ensure information is easily accessible. It will continue to be updated over the coming months with other useful tools and innovative apps.
