SuppoRTT: Upskilling the Educators

 

Our flagship half day workshop designed to equip Educators with the skills to support trainees that are currently absent from training or returning from a period of absence

Courageous Conversations

 

 

A half day workshop designed to help you feel more confident, develop confidence and skills in handling difficult conversations with direct reports, colleagues or senior managers. Offering you practical tools and skills and the opportunity for you to practice in a safe environment.

Coaching Trainees to Succeed

A half day workshop designed for the educator who wants to be more effective in supporting their trainees, particularly those trainees who are struggling.  During the 3 hour virtual programme we will discuss “how to talk so trainees will listen, and listen so trainees will talk”.
